Launch the game again and try a new save to test - without the mods folder. Try moving your mods folder to the desktop and deleting the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder to help with troubleshooting.ĭeleting the cache files will remove all traces of mods and custom content that were tied to your game. If you have outdated cc and the game creates new sims this can happen from what I understand. Your sims look a little bit different though but maybe you have default replacement for some things. you should update your graphics driver.īut this issue has been reported a few times and almost always has to do with cc.
